pro-peak ouattro 1-4 cell lithium polymer charger how good or bad is it?

I have a few bought on sale that work great for small older stuff , nice compact little unit for the price , even charged some old Etec 3s2pack 2400s with them to see if they would do it , no balancing leeds though if you have newer packs to balance
