PL6 error power status=reduced cell sum error

Like the title says. Every time I try to charge, I eventually get this error:

Power Status = Reduced(Cell sum error)

I'm using the MPA adapter and the charger is set to XH.

This seems to only happen during any kind of parallel charge. All good with only one pack.

Are you starting with your packs relatively close in voltage for a para charge? I chose a different para board due to hearing some bad things about the polyfuses on the MPA.

"A "polyfuse" is a fuse made from a polymer. It is a fuse that after it has "blown" will self heal; that is after several days, it will (almost) behave as if nothing has happened."

So I bought an unfused board and only para charge with packs similar in voltage.

I also suggest checking all batteries separately to insure you don't have one with an open balance lead.

i get that same alarm when charging the 4cell packs 4 at a time at a higher charge rest on the pl6. restart the charger and reduce to a slower rate and they are fine. sadly, these are 4000 and 5500mah packs and take forever to charge compared to the small 1000- 1300mah packs which charge 6 at a time and never trigger the alarm/warning of cell count being off.
