I think Horizon was more than generous and accomodating to you. Most suppliers would not have offered you the original replacement. And even fewer would have allowed you to swtch another product.

As long as it is supposed to be on, it would seem he has a defective ESC. I will tell him to call in for warranty support.

First you say Every time without fail. - I assumed that you mean the blades stop and fold.

Then you say they do not fold.

Which is it?

So, when you are in the air, and you bring the throttle to zero, it stops the prop from turning and the blades fold...

Can you post the procedure for setting the Brake? My friend did not receive those instructions and when he called Horizon they said the ESC did not have a brake. This is great news.
