Could be torque effects. Are you using the stock prop and motor? Are the Vertical stabilizer fins installed correctly? But, that's not something that would suddenly change.

Check your lateral CG....

Well, if you put a bug enough motor on it, anything will fly. I think in general, a flat plate foamy from a 3-view will be flyable, as long as you don't build it too heavy, the wings are big enough...
