That's kind of a weird phenomena... I would call Horizon Hobby and see what they think... If it's relatively new, with only a few packs on it, They are more than likely to make it right with you...

Torque it. It's loc-tite'd from the factory, so it should take a bit of force to break the screw loose... If you have some, I would suggest putting more loc-tite on the screw when you re-install it...

Most likely the culprit is a bent inner shaft... A bend, however so slight, will create drag during spinning, and usually will drag on the inside of the outer shaft... causing your uncontrollable...
