DX9 Programming

I have an E-Flite P-51D with AS3X. The manual calls for these Flap settings:

Switch D

Pos 0: -100% Flap and 0%Elev
Pos 1: -30% Flap and -3%Elev
pos2: 80% Flap and -10%Elev

None of these...
