If one aileron is moving the wrong way when flaperons are set up go to your mix and for the aileron that's moving the wrong way change the mix setting from 100 to -100 and that should fix the problem...

Absolutely. I wouldn't dream of using servos like that. If I can find the cause it will give me 12 useable servos for later but I need to rectify the issue first.

That wasn't the worse one either. Of the 12 servos I now own with dodgy centering the worse one is about double that. I'm going to strip one down and see if I can find the cause.
