Thanks. I pulled the throttle back after the first beep. It initialized, but still appeared to break the motor. I'm using an inrunner. It may be the motor that brakes, not the ESC.

While you're at it, replace the wing...

I rebuilt a similar slo-flyer (Slo-Vee) and got the best improvement by replacing the wing with a Mountain Models Magpie wing (foam, see pic). I also powered it up with brushless. Flies great!
