Hobby People phase 3 f-16 is very popular. I have the Hobby Lobby(express) versions of the mig and panther. Very tame jets but you can spin em up if you want to.

I just picked up a used PZ Stinson for $50 from a good friend. It is stock, I just need to get a rx for it, he even threw in a 2200 battery. Pretty bird, some ouchies, but nothing too extreme.

I don't use counter rotating blades on mine and it works...
