It looks like a turbulator.
But I wonder about the position.????
As they should force the laminar flow to switch to turbulent flow to prevent flow separation, they are usually more up front.

I am thinking about a more conventional prop, maybe even wood. It will be easier to paint like this. But for the next flight a regular GWS prop should do the job.
