There is nothing wrong with having more torque...

There is nothing wrong with having more torque ... means the servos will not slow down under load as much as a lesser torque servo.

I wouldn't trust too much any reply you get as the real load...

The only real difference between different servos is ANALOGUE or DIGITAL.

Digital can incur serious loads if stalled ... whereas analogue are generally found to draw significantly less ...
