I hope so, its just too windy out lately. I'm not taking any chances with it. If it was the SS I'd go out when the only time you could penetrate the wind is in a dive.

I clipped the wings on mine. It can't fly quite as slow, but it flies better in a little more wind. I have sk400xt outer runner and full throttle trimmed out it is really fast (for a slow stick)....

Thanks. I got the "slo-fly" version, I'd rather go slow than fast. I've had my SS so high I could barely tell if it was climbing or diving.

It would be my second. I ended up ordering the Slick xtreme from MAE. I can fly inverted and hover (sort of) with my SS. I think I'll do alright if I take my time.

Thanks to the help, I have fixed it. I soldered it, epoxied and heat shrunk it. Flew good but its too windy even with the wings cut a bit.

B/L SS beeps but prop doesn't spin

I put a prop saver on my plane and was testing it on the table, it spun fine at about 1/3 throttle and when I pushed it full throttle it wouldn't spin up the whole then stopped. It won't beep now...
