Hi Don,

jimsp is the designer/kit maker that I got my setup from. I didn't water proof any of the electronics but it most likely will be OK.

I haven't tried the floats but there is a flier on rcg who sells a flying boat kit. I have that one and it flies great. I would go with a brushless motor or at the least the 400...
