Default Motor mounting and cooling

I'm preparing to mount an inrunner in a new sailplane. The plane is a Seagull 2000 and the motor is a Turnigy Gliderdrive motor:

Also installing a 50 amp esc. There are currently no cooling vents in the fuselage and I'm wondering the best way to go about allowing for proper cooling. The fuse is built up balsa. The motor will be inside the nose.

Any input will be most welcome.
