We do get very busy, and I do answer any support issues and we have a system to do that, we don't answer a direct email because of all the spam, the link on the top of the page that says Support will get you in contact with us. We are a small business and Airfoilz keeps me VERY busy, I do all my laser cutting at night (10pm to about 2am). We could always do better on customer service and we are trying to make it better.
