I'm actually well versed in setting up mains ... the ground floor of the house is wired by myself... the electrician just married my system into the circuit breaker box. That's another difference ... Latvian houses tend to have few segregated breakers ... but I insisted on each set to be breaker'd to allow shut down of lights and sockets separately by room.

I would do the garage / workshop - but its a question of time.

The ground floor requires :

Electric door installation x 2 (doors are already fitted)
At least 4 double sockets in the two car section and 2 double sockets in the store section.
Segregated lights with at least 3 switches.

That's at least 4 breaker sircuits

Second floor requires :

At least 10 double sockets in the workshop section and 4 double sockets in the 'bar / lounge' section.
Segregated lights with at least 3 switches for workshop and 2 for lounge.
Dedicated transformer setup to provide fixed 12V outlets
Automatic exterior lights with manual over-ride switches (2)

That's at least 8 breaker circuits

Third floor requires :

Lighting with single switch

Therefore I already have at least 13 breakers with likely addition of 3 / 4 spare slots. This of course does not include the dual main breaker to supply the building.
