Default WOW!!

I'd just like to thank HeadsUp RC for the best and quickest service I've ever received in the hobby. I live in Canada and placed an order for a motor, batteries and som miscellaneous supplies for my new depron build on June 19, fully expecting the usual 14-21 day wait from other suppliers. What a great surprise to receive the order yesterday- no backorders or problems!! This was my first order with HeadsUp. but it certainly won't be my last. Awesome service and awesome guys to deal with. Thanks!

I've lost track of how many orders I have placed with Jeff. Every order has been quick and accurate. Jeff is a model of how every business should operate. Any problems that I have ever had have been handled quickly. As long as I'm into this hobby, Jeff has a loyal customer.

Had to chime in here...I'm 61 and getting a bit short of attention span and memory so when I order from "ABC hobbies" I usually get partial shipment with back orders common. My credit card is usually billed for full amount. I am now trying to figure out what I ordered and from whom. much hastle trying to figure when ( and if) the other BO items will be sent, as foot notes on order are in broken english.
With Jeff, the order arrives just about the same time the credit card is processed, rarely a Back order as he says right up front "out of stock do NOT put in cart". I am happy to help Jeff out with plenty of "economic stimulus"...He should sell his marketing and business model to all the other suppliers and he could get rich fast!!

Thanks HURC

I agree, Jeff is the best I've come across with his service & super fast low cost shipping but I have to add that if it hadn't of been for Jeff I doubt I'd of continued trying to learn the electric powered end of the hobby. I was ready to go back to Glow powered planes but Jeff took the time to answer all of my questions very quickly I might add. It's one a pleasure to spend my money with Jeff

Thanks A Bunch Jeff,
