Thanks, I did not know you could go up to 18 of hang, mine is at 10.

I took the photos so I could measure this kind of stuff, I posted them on another auto-gyro forum that seems more active with people that are doing auto-gyros. Now with the help here and there I think I'm close. I've ordered a couple of new hinges for the head, I think my next post will have it flying.

I could have cut new hinges, but with Christmas I won't be able to fly until Saturday anyway, so I decided to order them.

I don't know anything about these gyrocopters (I have enough trouble with my helicopters) but if it were a fixed wing plane I'd move the CG forward and add a bunch of expo on pitch and roll. You're obviously getting SO close!
