Default Peak Charging Lipo's?

I charge my NiMh's and Lipo's at night after a day of flying. Sometimes they will sit for a week before I fly again. I always peak charge my NiMh packs right before flying. Is it OK to peak charge your Lipo's? I do notice a drop in voltage after a few days of .04-.08 volts.

Thanks Rick O,

Much better to leave them around 50-75% and charge the day before flying from what I've heard/read.

Thanks Rick O,
There is no need to top off (Lipo's do not peak as your round cells do) your Lipo's before flying, and doing so depending on your charger may over charge your cells. .04-.08 voltage loss is probably equivalent to 1 blip of the throttle. Lipo's can be stored for weeks or more at a time without hardly any significant voltage loss. Many have stored them fully charged for much longer.
If I don't use a charged pack after 2 weeks or so, I will discharge it down to 40% capacity if it wont be used for awhile.
