NYC park flying
Anyone know a place in Brooklyn/SI/Queens where I can fly peacefully?

There's usually flying at Kissena park in queens. there's also a few places in the Bronx if you want to come up, and you can always find space to fly in Randall's Island.

which part of the park do people fly at? what do they fly planes or helis?

The ball fields right next to the velodrome. This is an old thread, I haven't been there in a while.
