I would suggest when you launch this plane to have someone else throw it at first, launch @ WOT and hive them throw it up on a 45 degree. You have the 'i don't have to worry about stall' card so you might as well use it.
Get the plane up in the air and trim it out before you attempt to hand launch it yourself. If you look at my spitfire maiden video it takes me quite a while to dial it in. Give it a good firm toss, the plane will want to torque roll a little at first but it will pull out of it rather quickly once you gain airspeed.

Theres a possible little issue, when I lay the plane on its belly on a table it rolls onto its left wing (as im facing the plane), due to the fact that the belly is curved i suppose its got to roll one way but even when i lean the plane on its right wing it still rolls over onto the left wing.will this effect the flight ? its strange coz i think theres more weight on the right side coz thats where the larger reciever is and the little 2nd reciever is on the left side with the servo ( which i suppose weighs a bit). if i lay it on its belly on the carpet it doesnt seem to do it as much.

Ok Im all set apart from the spinner, prop and charger which im waiting to be delivered.Oh I need the cf tubing too but 1 more thing about the centre of gravity,in the spit manual it says 70mm with a 11.1v lipo from leading edge of wing (I take it thats from the edge opposite the ailerons) but it doesnt say how many mm from the end of the wing or if u like from the fuselage ? or is it just 70mm from the leading edge and it doesnt matter about the distance from the end of wing or fuselage ?

Alright, here is my official maiden... (this was a replacement airframe and never flew with stock kit) after a few shakedown flights everything seems to be working great - besides a slight pitch-up at WOT as predicted by Aetc4Boom, it flies great. And fast enough for me.

lol , san antonio we definately have a problem then,i cant adjust it back anymore,i'll look around for a smaller mount but if not then its to the work bench and saws for me

Turn the outer part of the mount around, you can the get it to sit back enough. I was worried about this problem as well which is why I chose the components I chose, so that they would fit right. Or you can turn the motor around, move the center shaft so it sticks out the front and use a collect type pop adapter either option should work ok. Don't forget to balance it, I would be interested to see where it balances as is and how much weight you need to add to the back to get i to balance at 60mm
