Default Corsair upgrade questions

Want to upgrade my Eflite Corsair to 4S.
I have a Power Up 15 motor sitting in a drawer. I know that I need an ESC and a motor mount, but have a couple other questions.
Haven't pulled it apart yet so maybe I am being a little lazy. Am at work and trying to order parts. I am assuming that I'm not the first one to do this.
Does the ESC come out the front or do I need to pull the wooden piece that the battery sits on?
Is there a prop shaft adapter that I can get that will allow me to keep the stock hub on the prop? It looks so cool and I would hate to loose it.
Also, on another subject, anyone replace the stock wheels with rubber ones?
Cool plane and a blast to fly. I want to make it even cooler.
Thank you in advance
Vic
