We had a new pilot show up at the school yesterday flying the Super Cub. Do you remember his name? My old age is getting the best of me. I forgot.

By retail, I meant store stick price, not the manufactures made up "retail" price. At on line shops I can get disconts if I buy X amount of product. At Hobby Stop I get a discount even if I buy on little part. Plus, it is always nice to see new items first hand. To be able to handle them and check them out.

Tested out the Yellow SS today with a 2S pack. Performed pretty respectably. No sustained vertical climbs, but plenty of power for loops. Wanted to make sure it would fly well on 2S as it is going to be gifted to a new pilot and I have spare 2S packs that can go with it.

flew it around the lit parking lot, not bad at all and glad it works too... whew --- I have a question for you heli guys. I was flying the little micro outside and pointed into the wind going full elevator stick forward, it dived on me fast with a small breeze and hit the deck.... is that normal?
