Default Eflite Viper grounded

Hi. I'd flown my Viper a lot but after som modding the plane is unflyable. Unfortunately i did somehing wrong along the way My Viper won't rotate. If the cause is too much added weight because of the extra bec 15gram or the centerburner 30gram and the nozzle tube 19gram and some paint i don't know? I did make a cable box that fits the duct channel in the end for the Vipers multiple cabel mess. I'll post som pics for you. If iím cutting cheater holes in the Viper where exactly should i cut eím?

There's something very strange about this - the Viper is a known good flyer in all its forms out of the box.

I would start by checking the system with a wattmeter to see if that looks right.
No sudden restriction to airflow after the fan.
Did the rear wheels get moved back somehow? Too far back and a plane won't rotate.
Try hand or bungee launch to see if plane flys alright.
Does it accelerate like normal during takeoff attempt?

Well the speed on take off feels a little slower. Also did a wattmeter test and the power hit just around 59 amp and 1300Watt so my lipos are okay. A bungee seems like a good idea. Iíll think it over. Thankís guys.

i would take all that stuff off and start over. See if it flies again, if it does add one thing back at a time until it doesn't fly again. Then take that back out.
