Default E-DO Model F4 Phantom II

Hi Folks,

I just gotta share my thoughts on this model. I just got it in the mail after buying it off ebay for $145 dollars. It came complete with everything but the reciever.... Wow... it is made nice! It went together in about 30 min. and It took me another 15 min. to add the decals. I haven't flown it yet as the weather hasn't been ideal yet, but I am looking forward to it.

It is completely stock, but the fit and finish is great. The electronics have all worked with no issues on my bench tests, and the thrust it puts out is impressive.

I am amazed that there isn't more threads on this jet because for the price, it sure seems like a great setup to me!

Anybody have any experience with it in the STOCK setup? I'd luv to hear
the tips and tricks you may have learned on this model prior to my maiden.

Happy flying!

Man thats a cool looking EDF. Let us know how it flys. I just made a pusher F-4 last week and flew it sunday it flew awesome. Out of the half doz. foamy parkjets I've built it flew the most realistic. I have yet to finish the painting so thanks for the pic. cause I want to do mine in Navy colors. There's no other plane that people can confuse with a Phantom.I'm doing a copper pipe insulation foam turttle deck and batt. extension wire on it today. Then some WBPA primer and light latex grey paint.
