Default Common Sense Rc

Just wanted to let everyone know that I have been running CSRC lipos for the last 6 months and I am very impressed.

I currently run the following:

(3 cell 2000 mah (8C)(X2) in a Formosa with a A22-15M. I also run these batteries in a F4U Corsair with a himax 2025-4200. The battery is true to it's rating's if not more. Has not warmed even when pushed. (18 cycles on both batteries)

3 cell 1250 mah (10C) in a Blade CP. Same as above (8 cycles)

2 cell 800 mah (8C) in a Blade CX. Great improvment in preformance over the e-flite lipo and about 2 min longer flight time even after 21 cycles. Half the price of the e-flite Lipo!

I had a wire come loose on the balance connector and they are replacing it for me.

Great customer service and I love the live chat function on their website.

I've been running the CSRC 2000mAh 8C packs in my Stryker C without incident for several months. I was initially very worried about overstressing them but my flight data logger says that for my flying style (slow and out of control) I'm only drawing about 2C with some periods of 4-5C and a few very short 12C bursts, which is within the specs.

The batteries are never more than warm, and often come out cool.

I've been running 3 of their 3S 2100 packs for over a year now and they are still going strong. I had a fourth one but it didn't fair too well after diving it straight into the dirt. Not Common Sense's fault, just my own lack common sense.

Thumbs up

I'd like to give another 2 huge thumbs up for Common Sense RC. I was looking for batteries to power my H9 Corsair for a future electric conversion. I was looking at their 3 cell 6000mah lipos, to run two in series. At $130 each, I knew this was a lot of money, so I decided to hold off for awhile.

Browsed their website a bit, and found the scratch and dent section. Lo and behold, they had these exact batteried in there for $65 each!!! They put them in the scratch and dent section because there was damage only to the package, the batteries are fine! Got them in the mail today, speedy shipping. Now I have the batteries I need for my Corsair, for the price of one battery!

I will definitely be doing all my future battery shopping from Common Sense RC.
