By "scale" do you mean in appearance or flight management.....?

Blade has long stopped production of new 400/550 size heli's.

Actually blade do still make 400/450 and slightly larger helis, but they have changed the naming convention to reflect the length of the rotor blades rather than the rather meaningless '400/450' designation.

The Traditional '450' used to run 325mm blades. This size heli is now called the Blade 330X: https://www.horizonhobby.com/330x-bnf-basic-p-blh4050

Blade also make a slightly larger 360mm heli in a couple of versions:

But blade have stopped making their larger 500 to 700 size helis. Getting back to the OP's original question, yes they do seem to have dropped all the scale helis from their range.
