Thanks Al, I will be happy to let others "contribute" their tax dollars to our court system. The courts can get mine the normal way via my income and property taxes!

Hey Bob, she's looking very nice indeed 
and that mount setup looks very professional almost manufactured! Great job! Good news about the spinner, what type of spinner and mount did you use in the end Bob! The finish with the panel lines looks great too. How did you drawn those in? I use a 6B pencil. Can't wait for the flying report.

Barry, I know we spoke on the phone, but I will repeat it here for others who might be interested: The spinner is a Great Planes 2.5" http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXBMY8&P=0 , and the prop adapter is a Great Planes set screw type adaptor (3 mm motor shaft to 5 mm prop shaft http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXMSF1&P=0 . These are very nice quality- I am sure there are like products available in the UK and Europe. I will post some more pics of my styrofoam cup mod to the fuselage/spinner backplate.

Here is a new picture. The white ring behind the spinner backplate is a slice I took out of a foam coffee cup. I didn't do a great job on it, but it does the trick. I Gorilla glued it to the fuselage front/cowling and I am satisified with the result. Balance is now slightly tail-heavy, so no flying until I sort it out. I might have to use the old spinner with the new prop adapter!
If that doesn't work, I have the clay packet from my E-Flite P-47.

I had to hide the string so I wouldn't be tempted to hang it above my bed! Not going to be a hangar queen Al- sorry.
P.S. Al, I shot some digital movie of it on Sunday, but it was kind of sad, since I went into the grass on my first attempt. So I erased my little short film. Sorry!

Now that does look nice Bob! It's especially good to know the spinner set up runs so smoothly. Might it be possible to add a form of chin guard to make up the nose weight? At least that way the added weight would provide more than one benefit.

Barry, I am beginning to think we are related! I was thinking about adding some plastic to the chin to protect it and act as a weight to move the CG forward. Amusing. Sorry about not being around for your call. I e-mailed you after I spoke with our Information Technology guy and then called my wife (never pays to ignore the beautiful missus!
). Then I had to leave for my appointment. Okay, too much information for WattFlyer viewers. I don't think I can go back to the other spinner due to the thicker backplate and my addition to the cowl. Oh well- it looks good as Al would say.
