No, they are not Spektrum compatible so you cannot 'bind' them.
The Micro Cessna Centurion 210 and Micro Citabria use a different and proprietary 2.4Ghz radio.
If you want to make your Cessna 210 into a Spektrum compatible, you will need to replace the RX brick in the plane. There is an article on Horizon Hobby's website explaining the conversion process:

Thank you! Apparently, the ESC has to be replaced too. Guess I will hold off.

A brand new PZ UM J-3 Cub and the HobbyZone Champ can be had for only a few dollars more.
I would keep a lookout for a used Spektrum brick from one of the following planes:
- Vapor
- Ember 2
- UM J-3 Cub
- UM Sukhoi
- UM P-51
- HZ Champ
- Or a Spektrum AR6400 RX
The only difference between all of these bricks is the Vapor/Ember/Champ/J-3 Cub are dumbed down versions without the extra aileron channels and X-port. But for a 3ch plane like the Citabria, you don't need these options.

Not really. The new Spektrum brick contains an ESC as well as the servo's. It is the only component you have to replace. However, at $59.99 it's not cheap:

So, it is a fairly simple swap? The 210 has been opened before so I am not too apprehensive about tackling it.
(By the way, I have a Champ - LOVE.IT!)

You need the AR6400 brick found in the planes I mentioned above... it is a complete RX plus 2 linear servo's and ESC on board.
AR6400:

And this is what the existing brick in the Cessna 210 looks like... you have to replace this with the AR6400 above which is DSM2 (Spektrum) compatible.
