Big ups to Horizon Hobby
I've had my blade 400 since mid Dec, and I've thoroughly enjoyed flying, crashing, and fixing it. Yesterday I noticed there was only one bearing supporting the flybar in the head. There was a screw that looked like it should have been holding in another bearing, but no bearing. Exploded diagram says there should be two so I called horizon hobby, and after a short conversation a replacement set was on the way and arrived before lunch today! I was expecting to have my heli grounded for a week waiting for parts. Thanks Horizon Hobby!

Yup..............that's the kind of service that you can expect from them
nothing but GREAT!!! I've had to deal with them a few times and they
always go the extra yard and provide great customer service.
