Default New Release! Flyzone's Micro Fokker Dr.I Triplane

Check out the new Flyzone product release! A 14 inch Fokker Dr.I triplane! Lots of new features in the radio as well. The receiver is now bindable to any current Tactic radio. Has a capability to add a bl esc has a fourth output and is high rate.

Gorgeous! I want one.

Look at the FlyRC site for a product release.

This thing HAS to be a bear to fly! I'd love to see a flying review or two.

I would think that at that wingloading it will float just like the Albatross.

I have the Albatros and it "floats" like a rock!

Replacing the stock radio gear allowed me to use my DX6i. I mixed throttle with elevator and now it flies almost as easy as my Champ.

I'm looking forward to the Dr. 1.

The real DR1 had some "unique" (that's technical language for nasty dangerous) habits that killed many a good pilot. It was considered very difficult to fly and only the best pilots tolerated it. Models have not tamed the beast so far.

Actually that's one of the appeals of the plane: that it handles like no other airplane and has capabilities that nothing can match, if you can keep it in the air! I hope this one is a winner.
