Default Is the MSR series no more???

Was looking at the blade helis site and it seems Blade doesn't make anything between the between the coaxial helis and the CP's with excelptin of the 120 SR.

Is this the case

With what little research I have done, seems it seems that the MSR x didn't do well at all and is now gone.

Whats good on the market for beginners in the FP flybarless arena?

Seems to me the MCPx or the Ares Optim (flown in non stunt mode) are the only things out there to step up to these days on the micro size. I guess there is still the 120 SR but that is a little big for most peoples living rooms.

Hmmm. I didn't know the mSRx didn't do well. I love mine. It is quite a bit quicker than the mSR, though, and is a big jump from coax. It handles much like an mCPx that's not in stunt mode.
The V911 handles very similar to the mSR and I had lots of fun with those.

When you have the likes of WL Toys (Banggood), HiSky and Walkera etc ... its a competitive market.

the 200SRx is the best thing to go to. With SAFE, it really decreases authority and lets it fly nice and slow, and self levels. I feel it would allow one to skip coaxial and step into a heli closer to a cp, but without as much of learning curve and crashes.

But the nice thing is that it can actually be flown outdoors. A big aspect of helis is learning to fly outdoors. As a heli will technically keep going up, it is important to learn to not let it keep going up. With my 130x, I fly in my car wash at work, and have to keep it pretty close to the ground. Outdoors, it takes some practice to stop control it. It is nice to have something for just indoors, and for that Nigel suggested some good things, such as the WL Toys, all of which much cheaper that Blade stuff overall.

And a larger micro can be flown indoors
