Then ? One of the reasons for the build is to stop using the house as a Hobby Shack !!

Project has slowed a bit due to the inevitable cost over-runs .... but it will be be completed this summer.

My mates drone flew away yesterday. Suspect the RX but he had forgotten to set failsafe. No RSSI
It was a nice Glass and alloy frame with $70 motors (each) and a Pixhawk. We chased it in the car but it just got too high and out of sight.

You are so lucky, but I guess you have worked hard for this. My self I would have a control line circle instead of a car track. But, to each his own.

As a kid with my Brothers - we did C/L on the front lawn of house we grew up in ... but I was never very good at it.

I started RC actually because my Brothers being older went off on their ways working and I was left with no helper for C/L.

I did consider a 'line' release ... but never got round to it ... RC was more fun ...

My work has taken up my time and travel ...

Its at stage to have roof done ... then onto floors. Delayed till I can sit down and argue out the roof details.

Cheers

Yep, understand that.. LOL

There is a guy I converse with on RCG in the Skywalker X5 thread that lives there too. (swch) He flies by himself on his property.

Now you can have your thread back Nigel....
