Guess I should read this stuff more often. I didn't realize I was missing my own roast.

Thanks Bob

On line friends surely do count. I haven't dropped anyone. I just haven't been posting as much and trying to stay in the forums I help moderate.

The whole MWS vs. MMI kinda died off, much to someone's (could be plural here folks) relief, but we'll never know exactly what tripped it all up now will we??

(and we even now have our own Monkey cage section... what more could you ask for, eh?:D)
A really good lock on it?

I'm still a rookie so I don't get a throne. They gave me a coffee can to sit on. It's starting to hurt a little.

As I mentioned, I am trying not to post as much. There really aren't any rules put on us, it's more of a personal choice. I've chosen to take a little more of a sit back, watch and learn attitude. Lord knows I have a lot to learn. The mods are encouraged to be one of the guys like everyone else but of course we have to show a little restraint. Even though all of us know we are joking around, it could be very easy for a new member to not understand that. Especially when a moderator starts "abusing" someone. Again, that's just my personal view on it.

I think the whole issue is that the minions took such a beating when I was after them that now they aren't sure how to act.

And yes, there are times that I really want to jump in. It's just too easy to target helpless minions.

Tisk, tisk my dear Grasshopper. Since when were Minions easy targets? We might roll over, but only far enough to scratch ourselves (I won't elaborate). LOL! See ya at the next new post.

Ditto, chirpy one...(only call you this because unlike most hoppeers, you CAN be kinda of noisy...lol)
Should have added also... The MMI are alive and well, swinging from the trees and enjoying the bananas...

It can take a while for monkey to type a post but heres why, bub, steve

Infinite Monkey Theorem

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia:

The infinite monkey theorem states that a monkey hitting keys at random on a typewriter keyboard for an infinite amount of time will almost surely type a particular chosen text, such as the complete works of William Shakespeare. In this context, "almost surely" is a mathematical term with a precise meaning, and the "monkey" is not an actual monkey; rather, it is a metaphor for an abstract device that produces a random sequence of letters ad infinitum. The theorem illustrates the perils of reasoning about infinity by imagining a vast but finite number, and vice versa. The probability of a monkey typing a given string of text as long as, say, Hamlet, is so tiny that, were the experiment conducted, the chance of it actually occurring during a span of time of the order of the age of the universe is minuscule but not zero.
