DX6i Reset help please

Default DX6i Reset help please

Hello all
Im selling my dx6i with the reciever and i want to reset it to the factory default settings but everytime i go to the rest menu and confirm that I want to reset all that happens is a beep with no confirmation that ive actually reset it.Plus ive still got the little plane picture on the screen after ive reset it.Have I actually reset it or do I need to do more ?

if you're data isnt stored in it any longer it should be done. look through the settings and see if anything is changed from default.

If you have a "copy" feature, set up a dummy memory with everything set to neutral and then copy that into each of the other memories.
