Default wild wing [setting up things]

I purchased a wild wing , now Im reading all the posts about the angle of the motor set up on the downward motor thrust ,the instructions are wrong according to what others have experienced by decreasing the down thrust because most of the other contributors have stated this is best ,what should I do follow
the dimension that the instructions define? now Im using the stock speed 400 motor with 8 2/3 sanyo cells as rcomended.

just an added note they say also the CG by instructions is wrong?

I don't have one but I can there's a lot of smart people on these forums that learned from experience.
It the consensus it to change the CG and thrust angles to make the wing fly "better" I'd try the recommendations.

My wildwing is set up with a brushless lil screamer motor, I use a 1300mah 3 cell lipo and you can go with a higher mah. I put 25g of weight on the nose to balance the cg out. Also run a 30 amp kms esc. On the motor I installed it directly on the plastic mount they provide. I glued some wood to the mount and screwed the motor to the mount. The cg instructions is wrong. Assume you've seen this thread (there are several):

This one is huge:

Yes, their experience is way better than the instructions.
That is similar to the Slow Stick. Good planes, instructions are poor.
