Hi George check your battery voltage, if its less than 2.9 volts per cell, the charger may not want to turn on, if i remember right the equanox balancer has to have the buttons pressed twice to get it to turn on,

the charger needs to be set to 250mah if your using the single poly charger, they have a poly charger and a poly charger 4, check your balance plug wires too,

if everything is ok, then you may need to use another charger, the small poly charger may not want to work with a equanox set at 250 mah and a small 300mah lipo.

George, if possible try to charge the pack without the balancer. This may help determine where the problem is.

BP300 is a 7.3 Volt 2 Cell Battery.

do you have a volt meter, the question that is being asked, is what is the voltage showing on your lipo, a 2 cell lipo is 7.4 volts, if your lipo is at 7.4 volts or higher it wont charge anymore, what is needed too, is the individual cell voltage, that can be taken at the balance plug, if you dont have a volt/ohm meter, they are cheap at harbor freight tools, like about $5.00

Yep, That lipo is DEAD, if a lipo goes below 2.9 volts per cell, the lipo will become ruined, recycle it and get a new lipo they are cheap enough

If it is truly a zero voltage reading, you most likely have an open lead as even a bad LiPo reads a slight voltage if all the leads are connected. Depending on where the open is, you might be able to repair it.
