Default Fast Prop Planes Wish List

As the title says, what are some fast prop electric planes that do not break the bank. I can only think of one a Multiplex Fun Jet.

What are some others?

It always depends on what level you consider 'breaks the bank' .....

My quick jobs are :

Teksumo wing
MIG29 Glue and Go
HK Parkjet
Skyangel T45 with pusher prop
Scratchbuild P6 Lightning
Edge 540 Racer

In order of heart beating adrenaline ?

Parkjet sits way out in front !! At 222kph and being small - it really gets the adrenaline going.

Next has to be the Edge 540 as its so responsive and will eat you alive as soon as look at you.

The T45 pusher is just insane ... but being a T45 can be slowed right down if needed.

The P6 is just plain hard to get in the air with that 60 deg swept back wing ... but with racer motor is not one you can call a sunday flyer. You really need to psych up to fly that !

MIG29 is just so much fun for such small money ... I reckon it should be in everyones hangar. Especially with rudder mod.

Teksumo is typical wing and great fun - but watch out for the flexible EPP ... push her hard and she shows a tendency to tuck in or pitch up due to those EPP elevons.

I have to say though - I love flying speed - but its nice also to slow it down and relax with a floaty biplane or something at times.

A friend of mine that flys nitro pylon planes has a little electric plane called "the Adrenalin Rush"

It is about like the hand launch gliders I used to build. Basically the same size and construction, but with RC and a HIGH KV motor.

The dang thing is hard enough to see because it's so small but when it hits about 150 mph it is just crazy. Everyone at the field got back under the cover so the pilot knew where we were in case something went wrong.

It sounds like a mosquito on steroids, but it moves so fast your eyes can't follow it.

I haven't scraped up the enough nerve to build my kit yet.

The little 620mm 'Rare Bear' Funfighter is a real adrenalin rush, they will touch 100mph on 4S and their small size makes it seem much faster. Sadly Hobbyking seem to be out of stock of them at the moment .
