My family and I are making a big move at the beginning of the month to Dacula GA and i was hoping to find some park flying friends in the area (RC car bashers would be cool too)

No way you mean I might get to meet the penguin himself?

More interested in park flying but a club may be an option....will have to decide on that once we get down there.

LOL the penguin kite has got to be better than a flying monkey anyways.....I've been gone for quite some time from the forum and really miss the monkey cage.

Haha...I love that Kite. Three years and haven't dug it in yet...the oldest flyer I own

Steve,
We fly everything from parkflyers to gas conversions. All electric club and everyone is welcome. When you get in and get settled, shoot me a message, charge batteries, load up the car and come on out for a visit. The drones love guests.

Not a problem at all actually as a guest . I am renewing my AMA as a parkflyer ama to be able to fly there. Since that is all I fly these days.

Regardless...welcome to Gwinnett and hit me up when you get settled in. I'd be happy to show you around.

Cheers,
Mike

So, looking at the park rules in that area... looks like they're not RC friendly..... bummer. I wonder what it would take to Change their minds.
