Default Program help needed - Mystery FM10 amp ESC

This is an old ESC, I know. But can't find beep=beep programming instructions anywhere. I need to reset the brake to OFF. Would appreciate any help.

On the older "Common Sense" brand ESC's. If you had even the slightest throttle input on esc power up, it would go into prog mode. First setting was brake on/off toggle. I have frequently, inadvertently changed this setting by confusing it for the more current "throttle range" setting or simply not having throttle closed.
Remove prop.

Thanks. I pulled the throttle back after the first beep. It initialized, but still appeared to break the motor. I'm using an inrunner. It may be the motor that brakes, not the ESC.

I gather you pull the stick down before the beep. I could be wrong though.

It does not say the 10 amp specifically, but all models in that line most likely share the same software.

Default Tried it

Tried moving the stick right after the program start tones. no effect
Not to worry. I'm running a small 4" pusher prop. Not much drag during glides. BTW, I'll post a foto of my $10 WallMart foam glider conversion. Way cool.

No prop installed.
Turn on transmitter.
raise throttle to full
power up esc
drop throttle to closed within 5 seconds. Before the beeps I believe.
