Default wich one

Hello,
I'm looking at two 450 kits, EXI and Coptrex.
Is there a major difference or they're quite the same.
Thanks

I do not recomend a 450 sized heli, unless you fly indoors, in a Gym or such.
I like the "Align" brand, if you really like a 450 sized machine.
They are pretty good quality ....

Harry
P.S. I prefer a 600 sized helicopter ......

Default besides Align

Ok,
But do you know the difference between them, Coptrex/EXI
if there is one. I know about Align, don't have the $$$.
What I have is all the electronics, servo, ESC, gyro, tx from
a previous heli that can fly a 450.
If I could for sure I'd fly Align.

I have a CopterX. I flew it today in some serious wind - the planes were grounded. I would NOT fly a 450 indoor unless you have the skill and it's a large venue. (I also prefer 600mm and flew one today)

My opinion on the CopterX; it's a cheaply made copy of a crappy helicopter. I've flown mine back to back with a friends Trex450 that was identical. I have a very low opinion of Align. I've looked and read some comments on the EXI, I don't' think there is any discernible difference between those two brands, they may even come from the same place.

If you just can't raise the cash for something (IMHO) good like a Beam E4 or NextD rave, then just get whatever cheap 450 looks good. I'd make sure it's 100% compatible with an Align Trex so you can find parts easily and locally. They are a GREAT size heli to fly. I don't really regret getting a CopterX, but I will replace it someday with a Rave. If I could only have one heli, it would be a 600mm electric. Best bang for the buck.
