Default NE Sailplanes Revolution 3D mini EPP- just ordered!

So i finally broke down and ordered my second foamie (ever) and couldnt shake this EPP foam plane from Northeast Sailplanes http://www.nesail.com/detail.php?productID=4830

Anyone ever used this or something like it? I saw an extensive review of a similar EPP from NE in backyard flier and they only had great things to say about it. This one is more geared toward novice pilots and had much greater wing surface area for slow flight. Also, it has a symmetrical airfoil. Hopefully my setup will work nicely: Rimfire 22m-1000 brushless, 8A ESC, 640 mAh 11.1V 3 cell.

Hopefully I will have more luck with this one, my FlatOut Edge was fun but not at all for a beginner. It currently has more patchwork than original body!

Looks Good !

Like the EPP stuff, great to learn on. Have had an SX-3 for over a year now and it refuses to break, even after repeated trys.

Yours has all the good stuff that I look for. Bet one of those "inexpensive"
Hobby Lobby 400XT's would mak 'er cook. ($19.95) 3S-880's + 10x6 HD prop.

that sounds very reassuring!

Hopefully the rimfire will power it for the time being, as i am still learning how to fly. After that, who knows

all systems go, its hard to get this thing to fly straight in a little wind but it is certainly resilient

All the reviews in Backyard flyer have only good things to say.

Regular CA, not foam safe CA. You can also use epoxy and paint EPP with any paint. I built a StingRay recently which is EPP and it is strong stuff.
