Hey Pacgod,
Can't go wrong with super cub not owning one but have read more than enough on the bigger version.. Not as sure with this one tho, reading the link you provided its a little small on motor and lipo. I have planes this size with much bigger lipos and brushless outrunners. 5-8 mins running time im betting 5 or less im no expert but i think you would be better off with the bigger version... you will be spending more time trying to get the thing up being underpowered and time charging than flying i would think..

Not sure about your experience or area to fly but dont be worried bout the bigger one iv'e only heard good stuff...

Im interested to hear from others with experience with the 7.4v stuff.. also 300mah put it in your torch..
Hope its better for you than i think....
Sorry to be a party pooper...
Cheers...Darren

If the Minicub didn't appear to be underpowered I might consider getting one to keep in my work van to fly at lunch.

Once it comes out and we see the mods done to it, I might consider it.
I'm to new to the hobby to be the first one to get one and mod it.

I use this site to watch the tech try it myself and learn hands on of the dynamics of the planes.

I estimated that it would cost about $67 to get all the parts individually with stock motor and gearbox, but without tx, rx/esc, charger, lipo battery.... or about $50 if I wanted to get it without the motor/gearbox too....

Wonder how durable the wing is, and if it would be thick enough to make with ailerons...LOL
