this is a little show that we've been trying to get off the ground.
We'd love your feedback! If you'd like to see more shows like this please spread the word to help us get an audience.

flitetest - review of the parkezone f4f wildcat bnf

key features:
  • ready to fly in minutes
  • full 4-channel control (throttle, aileron, elevator and rudder)
  • 3s 11.1v 1300mah li-po battery and balancing charger included
  • spektrum™ ar500 dsm2™ 5-channel sport receiver installed
  • powerful 480-size 960kv brushless outrunner motor installed
  • dual aileron servos for precise control
  • battery compartment accommodates most 1800-2100mah li-po packs (sold separately)
  • scale details include realistic paint scheme, molded panel lines, simulated retractable landing gear and hand-painted pilot figure
  • only requires a full range dsm2 aircraft transmitter (sold separately)
this is a sweet flying airplane! I wasn't expecting much when i bought it. Once i got in the air, it quickly became my favorite plane. It definitely helps to have some flight time under your belt before fliying this this one… it's fast! I recommend using the elevator and the rudder together to get a tight snap roll. Parkzone did a great job of building the power system (prop/motor/esc/battery). I find myself flying at 3/4 to full throttle a lot and nothing gets hot. If you love warbirds, and speed, i highly recommend this plane.

Good tip but you need to allow for the step in the tape caused because of the canopy being larger than the fuselage so it will fit over it.

One other thing is if you have a spinner that needs to be on the motor to allow for clearance between the the backplate on the spinner and the cowling, for that matter even space for the prop. That should have been step one on the cowling placement. For any new person watching the video it would really stink to mount that cowl nice and straight only to forget about checking the clearance for the spinner, but at least the cowl will be straight.

Other than that keep up the good work gents by the way give J.S. some more stick time reminds me of myself learning to fly.

These Videos you guys are creating are very nicely created indeed, By the short depth of field Im guessing you are utilising DSLR's? or do you have a guy on board with a 35mm cinecam?

Nice colour grade, and the editor is a star, making the whole thing look very well put together.

I really love the humoured seriousness of the show, This needs to be on TV, guys if you have not already please apply for funding, some channels will really go for this i'm sure of it.

Just a little tip, with the camera work possibly ask the camera man to try and frame certain shots with people speaking so that loads of pull focus's are not required, as a viewer this coupled with the shot being a little shaky (which is a nice touch most of the time) began to make me feel ill, and slightly drawn away from the rest of the great production.

Just my 2 old pennies

Best Regards
Bentley
