I did eventually get it out. Plane wasca write off.
The indestructible fuze was bent. Salvaged what I could and moved on.
I have since picked up a Walrus and a Rochobby 2 meter v-tail glider.

How do you like the walrus? I have been looking at that plane for a while and have a freind who owns one but was not that impressed by it. However I think it looks like a nice lazy flier

I do like the Walrus. It's not as responsive out of the box but playing with the throws fixed that.
It's not too bad in the thermals.
My go to glider now is the rochobby vtail. That plane thermals so well you have to almost shoot it out of the sky to get it down. I highly suggest setting up crow if you ever decide to get one. Without it you'll have to line up a landing a mile out and you'll still over shoot.
