So what to do while the rains from Ida are falling? Do a PMI inspection on my Sebart Angel. 50+ flights on it this summer 7 hours total TX time so it was due. Found a cracked elevator servo arm that allowed me to make it jump splines by hand and a loose aileron control horn. Fixed those and few small hangar rash holes in the covering, cleaned it up and polished the spinner.
Ready to fly on now. Good looking bird for being over 9 years old now. My son Mason bought this bird from Atlanta Hobby at SEFF in 2012.

Good catch on the servo arm, many would have missed it.
Nice looking plane should be very visible in the air.

Good suggestion on doing maintenance on the bird. Too often we just test it out and then fly without looking deeper into the innards of the plane to be sure all is well.
