Default B-24 Liberator to be at the McAlester airport tomorrow.

The CAF is going to have a B-24 at the McAlester Airport tomorrow. One of our locals flew them in WWII. He was 21 years old when he flew a low level bombing mission on a bridge of the Japanese Burma Railroad, the same railroad in the movie "The Bridge Over the River Kwai". They took out the bridge.

One of his crew, a gunner, is going to be here also. Also a lady from Muskogee who worked building one of the wing sections for the B-24 in Tulsa is going to be here also.

I hope the weather holds up so the event can go off as scheduled. I plan to take photos and post them here.
