there is a company that does laser cut wood kits from plans...I guess you could do the same for foam. probably be easier to do in foam...

Bill with your luck I would say go for it. Not much for balsa myself, mainly because I can't cover to save my life. Plus I don't know how many times I've CA'ed my fingers to a piece or together.:<

Done that a time or two myself! That really hurts... not as bad as jamming a control rod under your thumbnail and having it come out by the knuckle...:<

but that's another story...

I've been looking for the company that does the cutting, (I thought I had it bookmarked) but so far, no joy... I will keep looking.

believe it or not it really did not hurt that bad...

It was the real thin GWS type stuff. I had cut one end with nippers and it was really sharp. It went all the way through like hot butter...

It hurt worse coming out than it did going in...

I was thinking the same thing. Heck even though no one makes it. Bill is so lucky they would make one just for him to win.

I still chuckle when I think about it...

My son was out at my workbench with me and he saw what I did, he did not see it come out the other end though.. I kinda turned away from him so he wouldn't see me cry...

Yeah, stop talking about it.

I have a vivid imagination from years of reading because I had no friends.

I feel it every time someone brings it up...
