Unhappy Setup of Dymond D50

Just purchased a D50 Brushed ESC from Dymond for their Raven Sial plane. It has a SETUP button but did not come with any instructions on how to use this button. Left messages with Dymond and no response!

Before I do damage can anyone help?
Thanks

Just get one of these: http://www.rc-dymond.com/index.php?productID=1463 and forget about it. These programming cards will save your sanity.
I think I got mine on ebay for about $4, it's a Jeti card. The brand doesn't matter, if the card looks the same as this, it does the same, and I've used mine to program a bunch of different brand esc's.

I looked at the Programming card you mentioned. It's for a Brushless motor. The D50 is for a Brushed motor. Dymond states its easy to setup but what do you do to set it!
Thanks

Oh, yeah. Well, try looking over these instructions and see if they give you some helpful clues. http://www.castlecreations.com/suppo...er%20Guide.PDF or http://www.jetimodel.cz/eng/navody_e...00_150_eng.pdf
btw, Dymond does not make the controller, that's just their label. They also sell Castle and Jeti controllers (clue!) so you should look over those 2 websites for the original maker's instructions.

Called Dymond after no email reply. They stated just use the D50 as it comes. So I changed the battery and motor connectors and installed into the Raven. It did NOTHING!!! It did not even supply power to the servos. I changed batteries, receivers and tried every combination. Again called Dymond, they said they would send another D50, one they had checked out. That was a week ago. Still no controller. I will call tomorrow and ask for a refund. Forget Dymond for products!
