Default Watts w/this fluttering

Went to swap out batteries and my aileron started doing this. A couple flips on the radio and it stopped. A few moments latter it started back up.
Changed batteries for a fresh one and again same thing. It stops when I give it throttle. Is it doing it in flight. It has not demonstrated any drastic flight aberration so I don't think so.
Thoughts? Sorry for the link but I can't find a way to upload a video or threads on instruction.

That looks to me like a bad potentiometer in a cheap (or crash damaged) servo. A perfect candidate for the trash can.

Are they digital servos?
I see that on many plane with them. I think they try to center so fast they overshoot and then try to center from the other side. I have been told flight loads dampen that out.

What servos are you using? Brand and model number.
